The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

  1. They tried so hard to make Daniel Craig as non-movie star looking as possible. It didn’t work because the man is a sex god. Blomkvist is supposed to be a little schlubby.
  2. Fincher has mastered the product placement rack shot.
  3. The rape scene was one of the hardest things to watch of any film I’ve seen.
  4. Rooney Mara was fabulous but I feel like a bigger name would have made this movie the huge deal everyone thought it was going to be.
  5. SPOILER: I love the way the ending deviated from the book, especially because it means my bffl Joely gets to be in the sequels.
